We are an experienced team of corporate auditors and accountants with sound knowledge of expertise, valuations and financial analyses and we operate independently.

Judicial and conventional liquidator mandates

As liquidator we bear responsibility for winding up a company. This includes selling assets to pay off outstanding debts. The resulting proceeds will be distributed, where applicable, among the shareholders or associates. We can also be called upon for other legal mandates, such as sequestration or interim administration, if necessary.
