Our expertise focuses on valuing:

• companies and commercial funds within the context of transfers, shareholder agreements and specific assignments; 
• rights in rem (e.g. usufruct, leasehold or land lease rights).

This involves determining the financial risks associated with buying or selling a business. We verify that the information the buyer is provided with is correct.

Our expertise comprises:

• audit assignments as part of grant contracts already awarded to organizations, NPOs, corporations, etc.;
• independent reporting addressed to the granting authority (European Commission, Federal Government, Flemish Government) subject to the application of ISRS4400 (agreed-upon procedures) or ISA805.

Examples include Horizon2020, Horizon Europe, Expenditure verification missions, DGD, etc. 

We conduct investigations within an organization into the correct and reliable functioning of business processes, practices and internal controls, contributing to high-performance risk management.

Our expertise involves converting Belgian GAAP to IFRS and vice versa. We are happy to support you with technical IFRS related topics. We can also assist you with the first-time adoption of IFRS (IPO, acquisitions, etc.).

Our expertise is used to provide guidance with judicial reorganization procedures (PGR) in conjunction with a solicitor. The JRP procedure is a Business Court procedure that aims to save companies in difficulty - that still have sufficient potential - from bankruptcy.

Our expertise involves acting as a recognized mediator who intervenes in a dispute (e.g. arbitration or mediation) taking into account the interests and needs of the parties in question.

As liquidator we bear responsibility for winding up a company. This includes selling assets to pay off outstanding debts. As a recognized expert of the provincial Chamber of Notaries, we are designated to conduct periodic audits and value notarial offices on behalf of the provincial Chamber.
